Suitable for students in the Evolve or the Senior School (Ages 10+)
This class is all about becoming a healthy, flexible and strong dancer, with a strong technical basis. We'll be focusing on improving flexibility, turns and strength for dance, along with general conditioning. We use practical strategies that you can transfer to other classes and practices.
This class is the perfect supplement for students taking technique in any style of dance. Using a combination of stretching techniques, this class provides a great workout too. Students can take one or both classes.
